Solo, mobile pulsed laser cleaning based in Ballymoney. Built to be hyper-local, photo-quoted and honest about what a 300W Class 4 suitcase can (and cannot) do.
The offer
We bring a portable pulsed fibre laser cleaner to your site (or accept small parts by appointment). Contaminants such as light–moderate rust, thin coatings and oil film are ablated from metal with controlled passes — not grit blasting.
Safety in plain English
- Class 4 laser — beam and reflections are hazardous; we set exclusion zones and use wavelength-rated eyewear
- Northern Ireland duties under the Control of Artificial Optical Radiation at Work Regulations (NI) 2010 apply to workplace use
- Fume extraction / RPE as the coating requires; fire awareness on Class 4 work
- Public liability must explicitly cover Class 4 laser cleaning (confirm with your own site rules too)
Home garage policy: small parts by appointment only, with screens and extraction. Large assets stay on customer sites. No public “light show” demos.
